FREDERICK HOFFMAN is a native of Germany. He was born April 18, 1818. He came to the United States in 1837, and for several years resided in Coshocton County. Came to Lucas County in 1845, where he has since made his home. Although his occupation is farming, he is well versed in phrenology. He has four children living, viz.: Louisa, Sarah, Cora and Bernard. He has been Superintendent of Highway of Adams Township two terms. He is neutral in politics. His Post Office address is Toledo.
